Hi, I am scheduled for surgery this November. I'm looking for anyone who has gone through this and would like to know if I am limited to the exercises I can do. I love weightlifting and have been lifting for more than 30 years. My doc says I should avoid squats but I see some 70 year old on YouTube doing 400lb squats with a knee replacement. Anyone with some info or good links please reply. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
