Hi, Whats the general recommendation? I read somewhere its 1g per lean pound of bodymass. I weigh 169 and am roughly 23% bodyfat, putting me at around 130lbs lean, so I eat around 130g protein. However I've noticed my lifts lacking recently on light weights, could I potentially require more protein? I've been cutting for a while now going from 195ish to 169. Please help. Thanks!
